Eben kam die Nachricht rein, dass ich ein Chrome-Notebook zum Test haben könnten. Der Haken an der Sache ist, dass ich eine Post-Adresse in den USA benötige – DOH! Um sich dafür anzumelden müsse man lediglich einem Link folgen und dann ein paar Sachen ausfüllen. Zunächst dachte ich, es handelt sich um eine Spam-Mail. Aber der mitgelieferte Link sieht echt aus, ist eine Google-Adresse und das https-Zertifikat ist auch gültig.
Chrome-Notebook Testfahrt
Somit scheint das Chrome-Notebook nun in eine erste Testphase zu gehen. Ich hätte gerne mit einem gespielt, wohne aber dummerweise nicht in den USA – schade. Hat vielleicht jemand eine Post-Adresse in den USA? Das wär zu schön, um wahr zu sein. Zu gerne würde ich das Betriebssystem Chrome OS auf einer von Google ausgewählten Hardware sehen.
