Für Windows und Mac OS X gab es den Puzzle-Platformer Trine bereits im Dezember. Linuxer mussten sich gedulden. Nun verkauft Frozenbyte auch einen Linux-Client für 14,99 US-Dollar – zumindest ist ein kleines Pinguin-Symbol bei den unterstützten Versionen aufgetaucht. Auf der Steam-Seite gibt es dieses Pinguin-Symbol allerdings noch nicht. Aus diesem Grund kann ich nicht 100 Prozent sagen, ob die Linux-Version nun endgültig auf dem Markt ist. Phoronix sagt zum Beispiel “Ja”.
Neben dem aus Trine bekannten Gameplay kannst Du das Spiel auch im Online-Coop-Modus (bis zu 3 Spieler) zocken. Weitere Informationen zu Trine 2 gibt es auf der Homepage. Persönlich hoffe ich ja, dass es in einem der nächsten Humble Bundles auftaucht …
Ich hab das erste gespielt, weil ich damals das Humble Frozenbyte Bundle gekauft hatte ... mein Kauf-Finger ist schon nervös - hab aber so wenig Zeit im Moment 🙂

Na und? Steam kennt Linux nicht, von daher voellig egal, was Steam sagt...
