Die über Kickstarter finanzierte, auf Android basierende Spielekonsole OUYA, wird derzeit an Entwickler und Spielemacher ausgeliefert. Auf YouTube gibt es ein Video, die erste Einblicke verrät. Das Ding ist echt putzig und die Kontroller sind größer als die OUYA selbst. Die Entwickler-Geräte sind aus Plastik gemacht und Entwickler können sie einfach öffnen und mit der Hardware rumspielen. Die Geräte für Anwender werden anders aussehen – soweit ich das verstanden habe.
Ich habe mir damals bei Kickstarter auch eine gesichert und will das Gerät eigentlich mehr als kleine Multimedia-Station einsetzen. Sie bringt einen HDMI-Anschluss mit sich und lässt sich somit an HDTVs anschließen.
