Linux-Kernel 3.6-rc2: Diverse Pull-Anfragen ignoriert

Linus Torvalds war laut eigener Aussage unterwegs, deswegen hat es 2 Wochen gedauert, um den zweiten Release-Kandidaten des Linux-Kernel 3.6 auszugeben. Ebenfalls hat Torvalds Pull-Anfragen ignoriert, die ihm etwas zu groß oder zu unheimlich erschienen. Solche Anfragen gehören seiner Meinung nach in das Merge-Fenster. Wer also nicht beachtet wurde, solle in sich gehen und über seine Anfrage nachdenken. Irgendwie klingt das schon ein bisschen nach “stell Dich in die Ecke und denk darüber nach, was Du getan hast!”. Wer der Meinung ist, dass sein Pull trotzdem aufgenommen werden soll (kritische Fixes), kann es gerne noch mal versuchen, sollte aber laut Torvalds einen triftigen Grund mitbringen.
Ansonsten findet Torvalds, dass alles gar nicht so schlimm aussieht. In den zwei Wochen habe es über 330 Commits gegeben, was aber im Rahmen ist.
